1. Possess a background in DNA nanotechnology, inorganic nanomaterial synthesis technology, molecular biology, or cell biology and immunology technology, with a master's degree or above and at least 5 years of work experience in the same industry;
2. Establish and improve the R&D system, develop project plans, guide work processes, and ensure the completion of R&D tasks;
3. Responsible for technical and quality assurance work in production, proposing solutions and measures to solve problems;
4. Responsible for department personnel training and management, external communication and contact;
5. Published SCI papers in international academic journals, possessing good communication skills in both Chinese and English, writing abilities, and the ability to independently search and read English literature.
